Which shipping methods do you offer?
Basically 3 types of shipping methods are available:
FREE Super Saver SHIPPING Expedited International Shipping : AIRMAIL [ Averages 8 - 16 business days. ]
You heard it right. CinemaParade.com is offering FREE Super Saver SHIPPING on all orders NO MINIMUM PURCHASE Packages will be shipped our Expedited International Shipping option and the shipping is completely FREE.
How do I take advantage of FREE Super Saver Shipping? :
- Build an order of your favorite DVDs with NO MINIMUM PURCHASE
- Order must be shipped for all countries. Please get to know about ordering Where is locations we will dispatch to?
- Ship your items to only a single address.
- Select "FREE SHIPPING Expedited International Shipping" as your shipping method. After your order dispatched, it will be delivered within 8-16 business days.
- Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
- Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the Checkout page.

Do you ship my items also on weekend if I have already made an order on Saturday?
No! Sorry. We can ship packages only on business days: From Monday to Friday. Also, we cannot ship on national holiday because post office is closed.

How long would the shipping and handling take?
The Items will be packed usually within 24 hours. Handling time will not exceed max. 48 hours. In any reasons, if the handling time takes longer than noticed, we will contact you to agree with the delayed handling/shipping.

Can I track my order after dispatched?
See the shipping method & tracking table above. If you chosen EMS shipping method, we notify you via e-mail with the tracking number after dispatched. and then you can track your order within 24 hrs. about status of them.

Delivery Confirmation Numbers for Standard International Shipping : Air Mail Shipping Method
When you chosen Standard International Shipping : Air Mail Shipping Method. After we have already dispatched your ordered success done. We will provide Delivery Confirmation Numbers for you know.
Standard International Shipping : Air Mail Shipping Method require your signature on delivery. If your order has not arrived in the timeframe specified above, it is possible that your postman attempted delivery, but there was nobody there to sign. In this case, they should leave a note in your mailbox, but not always. We recommend you to contact your post office with the Delivery Confirmation Numbers we provide if there is no sign of the delivery or note.

The shipping status tell me that the order has been dispatched 20 days ago, but I didn’t get my order. What should I do?
Contact us if you don’t get your order within 20 days from the shipping date. We will take care of the rest as prompt as we get your message.
Please make sure to double check your shipping address, especially postal codes, when checking out. Although, if you made a mistake, you can pause your order and request changes to be made. We will not be held responsible if your order does not reach you because of an invalid address.

| Customs, Duties, and Taxes |

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from CinemaParade.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the THAILAND may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

| Return & Refund an item Policy |
|
|
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CinemaParade.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Return possible
Package unopened, in original status as we sent it to you. Or at least the original sealing of the item has not been removed. In this case, we could accept your return request. Of course, the refund will not happen until we get the package back from you. The return costs must be paid by you.

Return NOT possible
If you removed the original sealing of the item we cannot accept your return request. However, you could contact us if you have any problem or trouble with the item you purchased. If the reason of your return request is acceptable, we will notify you for next step. Typically, return/refund will happen in case of that the item has been damaged or is defect in original status or has been gone lost on delivery.
In any case, if you want to request us return/refund, please contact us first before you just send the package back. Sending package to us back without agreement may cause denying of your refund request.

Can I get refund of my payment?
Of course! We will try to accept your refund request as possible. However, please understand that we need to test every returned items and it will take time. After we test the returned items, we will decide to refund or not to refund. In both cases, you will get a message from us.

Can I request a return/refund anytime?
No! You have to request return/refund within 7 business days after you received the package.

Should I send the items back to CinemaParade.com to get refund?
Yes! It is a fixed part of whole refund process. Otherwise, we cannot verify the item status which means that we don’t have any reason to react to your refund request.
